Top 10 Holiday Fitness gifts!

Thanksgiving in the rearview, we are now hurdling towards the Christmas / Chanuka/ Kwanzaa zone. Travel, relatives, food, drinks, inappropriate behavior by coworkers who may soon become ex-coworkers. Uncles, aunts, grandparents, grandkids, trying to remember the name of so-and-so’s current wife, husband or significant other. Am I allowed to say “Christmas” in this crowd or do I have to stick to “Happy Holidays”? Is anyone vegetarian, vegan, ketogenic, pescatarian, lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant or just plain intolerant? Anyone Jewish, Muslim, Hindu, Shinto, Agnostic or Atheist? Anyone currently in AA?

What am I supposed to serve a vegan, gluten intolerant Atheist who’s in AA?

There is SO much to think about.

So what I want to do, my friends, is take one problem away from you. If you’ve got a friend, or 10, who are into fitness, here are my 10 favorite fitness related gifts for the 2019 holiday season, as selected by me. There are a variety of price points, depending on who this person is and what they mean to you. However, if you are considering buying them, say, a car, as I see in so many commercials these  days, I got nothing for you. If you are considering buying another person, who is not your child, a car?

You have no problems.

Really, you don’t.

You may think you do, but you are mistaken my friend. In this world of “Do I pay the rent or buy groceries?” and ” My change jar will be buying my groceries this week”, you are dropping 20 or 30 thousand on someone because you LIKE them, or want something from them, though I would submit that you could probably spend far less just buying that in a straight cash transaction…

…but I digress…

OK, now back to my list, here are;

They are the only reason I can run with music. They aren’t in or on my ears. They are next to my ears. Call it “bone conduction technology”. Call it “ 2 tiny speakers right next to your ears”. It doesn’t matter because it works. You can hear the music and you can hear what’s going on around you. They are the shizzle my nizzles.
